Ram Clear

The RAM Clear mode of operation is independent of any other mode, and serves as the only means of preparing the system for Initial Configuration mode.

Perform a RAM Clear

For initial setup, the game needs to power up with the System CF installed until the game shows a 12.10 or Fatal File Error Problem reading Jurisdiction.xml.
