Display showing a random number when the dealer waves their hand over it. The number 1-7 on the display indicates which seat the dealer will deal to first. Very common for this display to be sold along with a shuffler.
2.5 inch sensor hole. Unit only receives power and does not connect to any PC or Shuffler.
