top monitor. We have had reports from the field that using an HMDI cable to the topper with a display-port adapter at the logic has resolved this issue in multiple locations.
If you have following all these steps and it still doesn't work make sure to note that info in your ticket. Upload a Game config picture to prove you have the correct OS and BIOS. Grab logs and be ready to send them to the TAC agent when they ask for them.
