Game caught in a boot loop would display [269.680432] reboot: Restarting system for a fraction of a second before rebooting.
So far when seeing the issue below the resolution has been to replace have been one of the following:
Replace the video card.
Pull NV Ram battery, reconnect, and ram clear.
