Invalid Shuffle Agitation ERROR-A, B or C
When Trouble-Shooting a DexS Shuffler that is indicating an agitation error, the error will be accompanied by an A, B or C. (e.g. Invalid Shuffle Agitation ERROR-B)
The Following information will assist you in resolving this error and direct you to the correct sensor/roller that is causing the issue.
ERROR-A: The Card Sensor just below the Unshuffled Card Tray (the one that senses the cards going up and down)
ERROR-B: The number of rotations (over 22 seconds) is below the minimum for the moving/pivoting/front/card facing sensor.
ERROR-C: The number of rotations (over 22 seconds) is below the minimum for the stationary/back/card back sensor.

Face DC Motor Error
Check the face roller belt for ware or broken
Make sure the face DC motor is plugged into the correct #32 plug on the board
Check the magnet on the face roller make sure nothing is on the magnet
Possible bad DC motor or face roller sensor

1. Sweeper shuffle position set too high or too low
2. Check the face and back roller belt for ware or broken
3. Check the face and back roller magnet make sure nothing is on the magnet
4. Check the cam motor is working properly
5. Check the face cam sensor is working properly in sensor test
6. Check the shuffling sensors in sensor test also #15,16 plugs on the board
7. Possible bad DC motor or roller sensor

Check the #39 sweeper home sensor is working properly in sensor test
