 Face DC Motor Error    

  1. Check the face roller belt for ware or broken

  2. Make sure the face DC motor is plugged into the correct #32 plug on the board

  3. Check the magnet on the face roller make sure nothing is on the magnet

  4. Possible bad DC motor or face roller sensor

  5. Sensor assembled upside down

  6. Magnet missing


 Back DC Motor Error

  1. Check the back-roller belt for ware or broken

  2. Make sure the back-DC motor is plugged into the correct #10 plug on the board

  3. Check the magnet on the back roller make sure nothing is on the magnet

  4. Possible bad DC motor or back roller sensor

  5. Sensor assembled upside down

  6. Magnet missing


Invalid Shuffle Agitation Error-A

 1. Sweeper shuffle position set too high or too low

2. Check the face and back roller belt for ware or broken

3. Check the face and back roller magnet make sure nothing is on the magnet

  4. Check the cam motor is working properly

  5. Check the face cam sensor is working properly in sensor test

  6. Check the shuffling sensors in sensor test also #15,16 plugs on the board

  7. Possible bad DC motor or roller sensor


Invalid Shuffle Agitation Error-B

 1. Check the front roller belt for ware or broken

  2. Check the front roller magnet make sure nothing is on the magnet

  3. Possible bad DC motor or front roller sensor


Invalid Shuffle Agitation Error-C

  1. Check the back-roller belt for ware or broken

  2. Check the back-roller magnet make sure nothing is on the magnet

  3. Possible bad DC motor or back roller sensor


Card Meld Error 

  1. A card or cards have turned sideways blocking sensor

  2. Check for damaged card or cards

  3. Check the meld sensors are working properly in sensor test also plugs #17 and #20 plugs on the board

  4. Check the kicker sensors are working properly in sensor test also plugs #29 and #30 on the board

  5. Check that the kicker motor is working properly also plug #31 on the board


Trap Door Not Making the Latch

  1. Check the #39 sweeper home sensor is working properly in sensor test

  2. Adjust the #39 sweeper sensor to the correct adjustment by running the sweeper cycle


Sweeper Sensor Error

 1.Check the sweeper arm magnet is in place and nothing is on the magnet

2. Adjust the #39 sensor by running the sweeper cycle

3. Check sweeper sensors are working properly # 37,38,39 in sensor test possible bad sensor

 4. Sweeper arms going down/Sweeper shuffle position setting keeps going to from what originally was set to -60

5. Missing magnet on sweeper arm


Elevator Making a Loud Grinding Noise

  1. Check that there are no casino chips in the chamber

  2. Check the elevator arms are aligned

  3. Check the screws on the linear guide are not sticking out hitting the pulleys

  4. Check elevator door and elevator bottom sensors are working properly in the sensor test also plugs #6, #22

  5. Missing magnet


Shuffler Not Detecting Cards Shuffled Tray

  1. Check the shuffled deck sensor is working properly in the sensor test also plug #4 on the board Wire harness not plugged into sensor


Shuffler Not Detecting Unshuffled Cards 

  1. Cards are not positioned over the sensor

  2. Check the unshuffled deck sensor is working properly in the sensor test also plug #5 on the board


Invalid Shuffle Door Open Error

  1. Check that the magnet is in place for the top door

  2. Check the top door sensor is working properly in sensor test also #2 plug on the board

  3. Door or door linkage binding causing door to close later than expected

  4. Door over center in the open position causing the door not to close


Invalid Shuffle Cover Open Error

  1. Make sure the front cover is fully installed so cover contacts switch

  2. Check if one of the switch actuators are missing

  3. Check the cover switches are working properly in sensor test plugs #3, 40 on the board


False Missing or Extra Cards

  1. Make sure there is no dust or dirt around the scale

  2. Make sure the scale is centered in the shuffler

  3. Make sure the scale is not loose

  4. Test the scale in the service menu

  5. Possible bad scale

  6. Not calibrated for the exact decks currently in use

  7. Decks swapped and not paired with the correct calibration


Sweeper Arms Not Moving Cards to Shuffled Tray

  1. Check the inset screws on the worm gear and sweeper arms are tight

  2. Check the worm gear for cracks, missing teeth or ware
