To remove the load cell assembly the #1 and #3 sensors will need to be unplugged along with the ground wire. There are three T10 torx screws holding the assembly to the shuffler.

Remove the two 2.5 socket head screws to separate the load cell assembly from the tray

Remove the two phillip screws to remove the card in sensor

The load cell will come as a complete assembly Including Load Cell, PC Board and Bracket. Do not put pressure on the scale when replacing the load cell assembly, you do not what to damage the new load cell assembly

The tray and sensor will be reused on the new on the new load cell assembly

When installing the new load cell assembly to the tray make sure the load cell assembly and tray are aligned straight with each other before tightening the two 2.5 socket head screws. (Do not over tighten the screws)

Once the new load cell assembly is installed the weight test must be done to verify the load cell is reading the weight of the cards correctly. Turn the shuffler on press the red and green buttons down for 5 seconds scroll to the setup menu scroll to the password and enter the password, scroll to the service menu and scroll to card weight test then press the green button to open the door.

Follow the instructions on the display to calibrate the scale.

Repeat steps and put a number of cards less than 52 on the scale and press red button to confirm correct count.
