Sweeper / Trap Door Adjustment

The sweeper adjustment is done by adjusting the #39 sweeper home sensor.

To adjust the sweeper sensor, loosen the Phillip screw and turn the #39 sweeper home sensor plate. (Down)clockwise to lower or (Up) counterclockwise raise the sweeper assembly. Before making the adjustment make sure there is a washer on the Phillip screw if there is no washer one will need to be added.

This adjustment will be different on every shuffler.

If the sensor is adjusted to high the Shuffler could error on bootup or after a shuffle and adjustments will need to be made or the #39 sweeper home sensor is bad.

Check the distance between the platform and the trap door latch. The platform should raise high enough to clear the trap door latch then rest on the latch.

If the #39 sweeper home sensor is set to low the platform will not raise high enough and will sit below the trap door latch.

If the #39 sweeper home sensor is adjusted to high the platform will not sit level and could display a sweeper home sensor error.
