To get around this error you will need to Ram Clear.

If the game is running 20.1.5 you need to downgrade the software or this will continue to happen upgrade to 20.1.6 when it is approved and available.

RAM CLEAR

Class 2 - Should not be done by the technician through the menu as it does not perform Ram Clear. If the cabinet is needed to Ram Clear, please contact Technical Assistance at (877) 358-6300 to perform Ram Clear.

Class 3 - Game needs to be Ram Cleared.  Use the CF card to Ram Clear.
