Sign Controller Pre-Install Steps

The old version of Maestro needs to uninstalled before inserting the SO USB into the Sign Controller. Even if the version you are installing is the same as the current version.

This means if you have Maestro 2.3 running on the controller and your installing 2.3 you need to uninstall Maestro for the process to work correctly.

From the start menu search for “programs” then open Programs and features. Find Maestro in the list, select it, and press uninstall at the top.

Follow the prompts on the screen.

When finished reboot the controller then continue with the install via TechAssist.
