Flipping Cards

There must be a smooth transition from Card Housing C130572 to Shuffle Chamber Left C130541 or cards will flip when the trap door drops. If this transition is not smooth the shuffler will flip cards

If there's a lip on the shuffle chamber adjustment will need to be made by loosening the 2 torque screws holding the shuffle chamber to the shuffler. The screws are located on the front and back of the shuffler.

Once the screws are loosened push the shuffle chamber back and tighten the screws. Do not over tighten the screws or it will strip the plastic.

If the shuffle chamber did not move enough and there is still a ledge the top housing and door assembly will need to be removed. Start by unplugging the display harness and removing the wires from the clip

Remove the 4 Phillip screws holding the top bezel to the shuffler. 2 on the front and 2 on the back side of the shuffler

Remove the top and set next to the shuffler. Unplug the #2 top door sensor from the board and remove the 4 torx screws holding the card housing to the shuffler there are 2 screws on the front and 2 on the rear of the shuffler

Unclip the #2 harness going to the top door switch and pull the card housing straight up. The top door switch wire harness will be removed with the card housing

Remove the 2 pins from the card housing and reassemble the shuffler and follow steps 1,2 and 3
