Check harness Connector

There are three reel connectors along the back wall of the sled. Do a quick visual inspection to make sure all the pins in the connector are straight. If so, push on the connectors front face to make sure it is properly seated. If it pushes back into the sheet metal you will need to pry the prongs out with a tool to ensure it is securing the connector to the sheet metal. If the issue remains the sled will need to be replaced.

Recently we have seen an issue with reel harness being intermittent resulting in reel tamper or reel skew errors. This harness will need to be replaced. It has 2 connectors (Green) to the board and 3 connectors (Red) on the sled.
