Function not supported / does not support requested hardware decoder

Solution:

Class 3: Replaced the logic box, reused the bios and video card.

Class 2: Replaced Logic as the issue followed when swapped to another cabinet:

SV0000910889 - Turned out to be a NVRam Battery disconnected in the logic.
SV0000917167 - The SSD for 23.1 was placed in the game when the game configuration was 21.2 on the server. This caused an issue and we place the original RAM Clear breadcrumb on the SSD and rebooted. They game came up to 23.1 with no issues. It is recommended to change the game configuration before installing the new new drive to prevent this from happening
