Ran into this issue again during theme change last week with error code 25 and game rebooting. From what I’ve noticed, it’s been resolved when casino player tracking is up and then I would have to ram clear the game again to set game to dual SAS, once dual SAS is set and game comes up, I would then ram clear again to set back to single SAS in which resolved the reboot and 25 error code. Didn’t have to set to single SAS but did it to see if game would stay up and it did. Game titles were tiger lord and peacock beauty running on 3D19.1.

We had to disconnect the SAS cable cord; Which was G-Tech in this case. Option the games then reconnect the cable. Games came up with no issue after that.

You can add potion pays and Hai Long to the list of 25.0. Also I solved my issues by having the casino put the games back in service through their player tracking which they had the games locked out. Ram cleared and reconfigured after that with no issues.___________________________________________________________________________________________

I have found that if the game boots with a 25.0 it will just boot loop. If you trigger door switch it will boot with door error and stay up, until you clear door error then error 25.0 and reboot again. I tried booting game again with door error. Then keying into menu and clearing door error while still in menu screen. The game will exit menu and load without error 25.0 and seem to work fine until it doesn’t ..____________________________________________________
