If the animation is slow and laggy it is probably a corrupted lagging it could be:
Check display setting to see if it sees two monitors but is not set to extend. If it doesn't see two monitors go to the next step.
Corrupted video card driver. Reload the driver. Contact Support to get the driver if it is not at C:/drivers on the controller.
