Game Setup

Note

DO NOT skip reading this note: You must have one game selected before exiting the menu. If you do not have a game selected and you exit, it will brick the SSD on the motherboard. Do not ask how we figured this out….

Most Stud poker games played in a casino are listed in the Games Selection menu. The user menu needs be configured to show only the games at the casino where Pax is installed. A check box next to each game in the game selection menu will show if the game is to appear in the user menu.

Select Gear Icon > Maintenance > Maintenance Password > Game Setup > Edit Game

  1. Select the Game to be Configured.

    1. To configure select Game Setup in the Maintenance Menu and edit each game. Select yes or no to display the game in the user menu.

  2. Enable (default) or Disable the Dealer Cover Card / Green Button Press Options.

Note: Pax can be configured to hold the first packet of cards or automatically eject the first packet into the outfeed tray. Select enable Dealer Cover Card/Green Button Press to require a green button is press or a cut card placed on the outfeed tray to eject the first packet of cards. Select disable Dealer Cover Card/Green Button Press to automatically eject the first packet of cards after the cards have been shuffled.
