Remove the two 2.5mm screws on the back of the shuttle assembly.
Remove the four five 2.5mm screws on the top plate.

Remove Unplug the two 2.5mm screws sensors on the tensioner.

Loosen the adjuster screw to the tensioner until the block is low enough to remove the belt.

Once the belt is removed lift the top plate. Lift the top plate up and set it on the eject tray. There is no need to unplug any of the wires to the sensors on the top plate.

Removing The Shuttle
With the shuttle in the down position on the right side of the shuffler on the frame for the shuttle there are access holes remove the four 2mm screws holding the shuttle to the linear guide bracket.

The shuttle bracket is attached to the belt. Slide the shuttle bracket all the way up to access the four 2mm screws on the bracket. Remove one screw at a time and use a drop of LOCTITE 222 Purple Low Strength Threadlocker on each screw. Reassemble the shuffler and check the insert offset and test the shuffler.
