Class 3: Serial number doesn’t match from last reboot. This randomly happened on a cabinet. Check smartID and refresh. Then reboot.
This error also shows up if there is a short in the cabinet. Disconnect all cables not needed to boot the cabinet and see if the error goes away. As of 8/10/2023 we have had two bad candles or candle wires cause this error.
Class 2: If serial number is correct and the error wont go away it requires a ramclear.
