This error occurs when the table is having an issue contacting the server. There are multiple reasons this occurs:
Date, Time and Time zone not matching the server
Certificate not installed on the table
Endpoint not set correctly
IP address incorrect
System Service not running on the Server
The best way to resolve the issue is to check the exception log and see more details for the error.
C:/Logs/Agstables***/Exception/exception.log
Open the exception log without a number at the end, scroll down to the bottom and compare with the logs below.
End point not set correct
Server service not running
Table cannot ping the server over the network.
Date - time - timezone do not match the server, Certificate not installed in Trusted Root.
