There is We have an issue when forming the community cards in the Pax S Shuffler. The errors will be aborting the shuffle or leaving one or more cards in the infeed while showing incorrect deck composition. This issue will be isolated to games with community cards and using paper cards.
An adjustment will be made to the gap in the card guides at the exit rollers. The shuttle insert calibration will need to set the shuttle at a higher position. All shufflers at the location should be updated so Pax can be moved to any game.
