PAXs Insert Shuttle Position Adjustment Tech Bulletin

**THIS IS FOR SOFTWARE VERSION 2.1.X AND BELOW**

We have an issue when forming the community cards in the Pax S Shuffler. The errors will be aborting the shuffle or leaving one or more cards in the infeed while showing incorrect deck composition. This issue will be isolated to games with community cards and using paper cards.

Resolved by:

The shuttle insert calibration will need to be set and the shuttle should be at a higher position by lowering the insert number in the settings. All shufflers at the location should be updated so Pax can be moved to any game. Every 300 numbers is a card thickness.

In the Calibration Shuttle screen adjust the insert offset so the marks are lined up

Serial number S200106 and above subtract 600 from the insert offset to raise the shuttle. Serial numbers below S200106 subtract 400 from the insert offset. A lower value will raise the shuttle position. If adjusted correct the marks will look like this.
