The following steps need to be performed on a yearly basis

  • Replace Video Card Fan - (if not recently replaced)

  • Replace 2032 Cmos CMOS Battery C080031

    • when replaceing the battery you will need a keyboard on boot up to press F1 to continue to boot up.

    • Once logged back into the controller you will need to confirm it has the correct: date, time, timezoneBefore you remove the battery, make sure to take note of the battery’s orientation so you know which way to install in the new one.

  • Clean table controller of dust and debris

  • Clean up / manage cabling.

  • Add power button if not already installed

  • Replace UPS Battery - C101277

  • Check to ensure

    • Sensors work

    • Touch Screen works

  • BIOS Setup

    • Go to BIOS Setup after replaced the CMOS battery.

      • Press F1 or Delete key to get in into the BIOS Setup

        • Confirm with the correct: date, time, timezone

      • Go to ‘Advanced’ tap to increase the HW ‘Fan Speed’
