The sweeper assembly may contain a manufacturing flaw causing making it to be too dificult difficult to turn causing “issues” with the shuffler.
Resolution:
Inspect the sweeper assembly. Make sure it moves smoothly if it doesn’t, replace the whole assembly with: C130548
