The following steps need to be performed on a yearly basis

Replace Video Card Fan - (if not recently replaced)

Replace 2032 Cmos Battery (tech to purchase so we know the battery is new)
when replaceing the battery you will need a keyboard on boot up to press F1 or F2 to continue to boot up.
Once logged back into the controller you will need to confirm it has the correct: date, time, timezoneBefore you remove the battery, make sure to take note of the battery’s orientation so you know which way to install in the new one.

BIOS Setup
Go to BIOS Setup after replaced the CMOS battery.
Press and hold the Delete key to get in into the BIOS Setup
Confirm with the correct: date, time, timezone
Go to ‘Advanced’ tap to increase the HW ‘Fan Speed’
Set CPU Fan to 100%
