The shuttle will need to be removed to tighten the 4 screws on the bracket to the linear guide.
Remove The Display
Remove the display by loosening the two 2.5mm screws on the top side of the display bracket.
Remove the two 2.5mm screws on the bottom of the display bracket.
Unplug the LED light on the back side of the display.
Slide the display back and unplug the HDMI and USB cables from the display and set the display off to the side.
Remove The Top Plate
Remove the two 2.5mm screws on the back of the shuttle assembly.
Remove the four 2.5mm screws on the top plate.
Remove the two 2.5mm screws on the tensioner.
Loosen the adjuster screw to the tensioner until the block is low enough to remove the belt.
Once the belt is removed lift the top plate up and set it on the eject tray. There is no need to unplug any of the wires to the sensors on the top plate.
Removing The Shuttle
With the shuttle in the down position on the right side of the shuffler on the frame for the shuttle there are access holes remove the four 2mm screws holding the shuttle to the linear guide bracket.
Move the shuttle away from the linear guide and straight up. Set the shuttle to the side
The shuttle bracket is attached to the belt. Slide the shuttle bracket all the way up to access the four 2mm screws on the bracket and tighten the screws. Reassemble the shuffler and check the insert offset and test the shuffler.
