This error occurs when the table is having an issue contacting the server. There are multiple reasons this occurs:

  • Date, Time and Time zone not matching the server

  • Certificate not installed on the table

The best way to resolve the issue is to check the exception log and see more details for the error.

C:/Logs/Agstables***/Exception/exception.log 

Open the exception log without a number at the end, scroll down to the bottom and compare with the logs below.


There was no endpoint listening at https/

Endpoint address incorrect
Table IP address incorrect
Cannot ping the server due to network issues
System Service not running on the Server

Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure

Date - time - timezone do not match the server
Certificate not installed in Trusted Root.
