Colossal Diamonds RevPrem Signoff Checklist

This is done prior to the game being handed off to SQA:


Game Design and Production

The Game Design SignOff process has a Game Designer peer review the following:

  • Set up SQA Handoff meeting
  • Verify SDK and Platform updates (Invite them to the Handoff meeting)
  • Review the help screens and make sure the current versions of all disclaimers are being used. (If there are any questions about the help screens then email Rich about wording).
  • Verify that the pays from the Par Sheet match the help screens.
  • Review the Game Handoff Document (GHD) and have the Game Designer update the document if any discrepancies are found. 
  • Review the Par Sheet. Make sure that the GHD and the Par Sheet use the same symbol names.
  • Ensure that relevant documents have been uploaded into SVN (PAR Sheet, Math files, etc).
  • Ensure that relevant documents have been copied into the Game Design folder in SYMSSV-FILE01 (G drive).
  • Play test the game and verify lighting sequences and sound fit with transitions, etc. Hit all bonuses, big wins, etc. and generally just sanity check the presentation.
  • Ensure math has been checked against GLI, PENN and Ontario regulation - G:\Engineering\Math\Math Documentation and Tools\Compliance\Math Compliance.xlsx



Art

  • Review all art assets in the game and ensure that they're behaving as expected.
  • Review all animations in the game and ensure that they're behaving as expected.
  • Ensure that all Printed Artwork required for the game has been copied into this folder - \\ATMSSV-FILE01\Groups\Graphics\Video\04_GlassForInHouse
    • Glass Art (Gamesman Lolly & Xenon Lolly - for Dual Screen games only.
    • Wedge Spacers - for both Portrait & Dual Screen games.
    • End Caps - for both Portrait & Dual Screen games.
  • Ensure that all Marketing assets have been copied into this folder - \\atmssv-file01\Groups\Marketing\Graphics\Lauren_Lambrix
    • Assets (symbols and other art assets that the marketing may use in promotional material).
    • Glass Art - copy all the Printed Artwork for the game into this folder.
  • Ensure that Digital Topper content has been created, reviewed and uploaded to Alienbrain.

Sound

  • Review all sounds in the game and ensure that they're behaving as expected.
  • Ensure that all metadata/tags in the sound files have been stripped out.



Software

  • Template updates merged into game.
  • GAFF file checked into SVN (All test gaffs removed)
  • Paytable checked into SVN
  • If game is a skin or derivative check for any updates in the parent game.
  • On submission to SQA close the new game development bug.
  • Check Help pages have been updated
  • Check Recall screens
  • Once all other departments have signed off, verify any extra tasks from their sign offs have been implemented.

  • Create a Windows build of your game and upload it to the Win games release folder. (How to make Windows Builds)

DevQA

  • Frame Rate display as expected.
  • RAM and VRAM usage after playing all the bonuses and entering the help screens (if usage is over 90% it is an issue).
  • Performance measurement during:
    • Base game
    • All bonuses
    • Big wins
    • Any Large win celebrations
    • All transitions
    • Smoothness of reel spins
  • All the game functionality including payouts, animations, art and help screens are working as expected and reported bugs are fixed and verified.
  • Load in Nevada & Ontario - verify that jurisdictional specific messages are correct and positioned correctly (including help pages).
  • Recovery, Recall are working as expected.
  • Auto play is working as expected.

  • Ensure that in-game screenshots & video captures have been recorded and copied into these locations:

    • G:\Graphics\Screenshots

    • G:\Graphics\Video

    • \\atmssv-file01\Groups\Marketing\Graphics\Lauren_Lambrix

  • Ensure that this Marketing checkist is completed:

Hardware and Parts

  • Digital Topper has been created
  • Community signs have been created Select all that apply
    • 360 Sign
    • Linear Football Sign
    • Pill Sign
    • Starwall Sign
  • End Caps have been created and Checked into the proper folders
  • Wedge Spacers have been created and Checked into the proper folders
  • 360 Ring light created and checked into the folder (Software for part)
  • Starwall Sidelight created and checked into the folder (Software for part)
