Example (Copy from Basic Information): Team members are satisfied with the quality of the game and believe the games will do well in the market. Mighty Wolf took 30 sprints, started in Feb 2020, and handed off in May 2021; Prosperous Lion, a straight skin of Mighty Wolf, took 19 sprints, began in August 2020, and handoff at June 2021. Thus, the schedule extended about seven months compared to the initial planning. The pace was relatively loose at the beginning of the projects, but in the end, it became intense. Multiple engineers were assigned to the projects and worked together to keep the final deadline.
Mighty Wolf is the first project using XML 3.0 and Unity3d player at the same time. Prosperous Lion inherited the same engineering setup. The games adopted new features and technologies. The pandemic also impacted the development. All the factors above contributed to the delay.
