Table Games Go Live Requirements

Before Going Live with the newly installed system or modified theme, it is required that a representative from Table Games Product Management (TGPM) approve the setup. The members of TGPM participate in the installation chats conducted via Microsoft Teams.

To obtain approval for the LIVE play, you will need to provide a photograph of each table's double-sided monitor, along with images from the web portal. This is necessary for TGPM to cross-reference the information. They will inform you of the specific details they need to see in order to permit the system to go live.

Once TGPM deems the system read for Go Live, they will send an email to the technicians on the work order along with Support@playgs.com adding the SO number to the subject line with @@1 so the approval for live play stays with the Sales Order Ticket, example below.
