Parts - New Request (Quote or PO requests)

Software orders

  • Any software order that comes in go to parts as long as it is for the exact same software or if there is a revocation bulletin.

  • If a customer is trying to upgrade software we need them to go through FS Management or Sales.

 

Customer Owned or PO attached

  1. If this is a Parts Quote or Request

    1. Download the original email by clicking the red paperclip icon then clicking on the bottom filename

  1. On the Ticket:

    1. Fill in the “Customer” and “Site” at a minimum.

    2. Fill out the Parts Portal as shown below in the video.

    3. Copy the “Your reference is PARTS-1774”… from the parts portal and paste into the “New Problem Notes” in your ticket.

    4. Resolve the activity using Stop Code Resolved

    5. Close the ticket using Repair Code Quote Request or Parts Quote Request

Leased or Participation

  1. All other requests get sent to the Field.

    1. To see if owned - find the Serial number and look it up in Installed Items

Add to any ticket requests for Parts (Quote or PO requests)

Note: Please make sure it is not a Quote or PO that needs to go to Accounts Receivable.

If so, Forward to accounts.receivable@playags.com

Open the attachment in the ticket, reply to all, make sure to exclude any AGS emails.

Remember to Bcc Support & add SV to Subject. Then, simply paste the following text into the email body.


We received your Parts request and sent it to our Parts Department. Look out for Parts@playags.com as they will handle communication about the order going forward.


For future orders, you can send your request directly to parts@playags.com. This streamlined approach will help ensure your orders are processed efficiently, minimizing any delays.
