Parts -ALL Update Requests

We will look up the Parts ticket in Jira and update the info in there.

Forward the email request to Parts@playgs.com and put the Parts ticket number (PARTS-1234) in the subject, this will add it to the ticket.

In the Ticket -

  1. Set site

  2. Set SN - TAC Default if available

  3. Request type - Quote request

  4. Short Desc. - Leave alone

  5. New Prob notes - what you did

  6. Agent - Assign to yourself

  7. Resolve Ticket
