Duties:

  1. Turn on Ring Central

  2. Message your counter part for the day to make sure they are set too.

  3. Review unassigned queue - determine if their resolve, place on the map or assign to TAC

  4. Handle parts request - parts@playags.com

  5. Check Teams Channels.


  1. peer review - progressive controller and stand alone games

  2. Peer review Appearance, lighting, signs.

  3. Ring Central

  4. SO Completed Review pre-NPI
