Worm Gear Not Moving Smoothly

Issue Found:
The sweeper arms are not moving down smoothly.
Resolution:
Apply Dry Lubricant with PTFT or Teflon to the Worm Drive.
The worm drive will be lubricated in production starting with serial number S100180. Shufflers built before this will need to be lubricated in the field when installed and every 3 months after.
Use DuPont Non-Stick Dry Film Lubricant with Teflon or WD-40 Dry Lube PTFE Spray. Avoid using other manufactures as they may be difficult to control spray volume and cause over lubrication.
Turn the Shuffler upside down and spray a small amount of Dry Lube PTFE directly on the worm drive.
Rotate the motor 180 degrees and spray the other side of the worm drive.
Turn the Shuffler right side up and blow out any debris around the weight scale platform from when the shuffler was upside down.
