RAM CLEAR
Class 2 - Should not be done by the technician through the menu as it does not perform Ram Clear. If the cabinet is needed to Ram Clear, please contact Technical Assistance at (877) 358-6300 to perform Ram Clear.
Class 3 - Game needs to be Ram Cleared. Use the CF card to Ram Clear.
Uninterruptible Power Supply Requirement
AGS Cabinets, on the Atlas platform, require a UPS to be connected to the logic box as it is how the software was designed to run in the machine. The Software looks for the USP and adds to the logs when it does not see it. This may fill the logs and SSD, resulting in an NV Ram Error (1001-1004).
We recommend connecting the USB date cable to the USB3.0 (blue) ports inside the logic box.
In secure boot jurisdictions it is required to connect the UPS cable USB to the blue USB3.0 ports inside the logic box on the motherboard to avoid 1143 UPS errors.
The following cabinets require a UPS be connected regardless of software version:
ST42P - PORTRAIT
ST23H - SLANT
ST23HR - RISE

OU27 - UPRIGHT
OU49C - CURVE
BIG RED
BIG RED 2
