No Serial Number

If the game will not pull the serial number from the backplane at setup or boot, there is a few things to check.

1. verify the black and blue cable to the left of the video card on a 2009 and 2015 logic is plugged in to the IO board.

2. disconnect everything from the logic not needed to the the game to boot and show content on the screen and see if the serial number shows up. This is checking for a short in the cabinet.

3. Reseat or swap the Logic Box.
