1146 Intrusion Detection Failure
Check to see that the connector for all the Intrusion (cherry) switches is plugged into the Power IO. Try swapping in a known good Power IO.
There could be a short somewhere in the cabinet that is keeping the game from reading the power backplane and causing this issue. Look at the SmartID menu and see if the game is getting the correct info from the Backplane. If it isn’t, disconnect everything from the game except for the video, touch USB, and key switches. Boot the game up and see if the game can read the backplane. Once it reads it start plugging things back in until you find the issue.
Solution:
The resolution to this issue was to re-seat the logic box.
