Game freezes on Cashout

Couple things to look at and try

  • Check SAS settings and make sure “Host Cash Out” is disabled.

  • Had a tech report they ran the NCFI tool to update all firmware and it cleared this issue.

Game freezes on cash-out. You can reboot the machine and enter the operator menu, or you can continue to play the game, just not cash-out because it will freeze. 

If you have this issue:

  1. Reboot the game

  2. Enter the operator menu right away when the game boots up

  3. Change the printer type to no printer

  4. Exit the menu and return to the game

  5. Go back in to the menu and set the printer to the correct printer

  6. Exit the menu and print the ticket it should work now.

 

If the steps above do not resolve the issue you will need to ram clear the game. 

Another way we have resolved this in the past is (assuming the game is using a FL printer) to replace the printer with a Ithaca 950.
