Bluberi Sphinx Master Lock

 

 

 

Functionality:

As the card reader is connected on a single NET340, the sphinx unlock procedure will be performed on each machine that is connected on this NET340.

 

MAX BOARD

 

Procedure :

1 - Power off the NET340 of the specific bank where we are doing the sphinx unlock

2 - Connect the card reader on the NET340 (by using the COM port) and insert the card for the Sphinx Unlock

3 - Power on the NET340

4 - On one VGM, make sure you can do a network test and see each machine on the same bank/NET340

5 - On the VGM, go into the Sphinx menu and enter the project number in the Location number (ex : AGS009 = Location Number 009)

6 - Once the Location Number is set, press on Collect Machine Data

7 - Wait until the Sphinx Checksum changes on each machine of the same bank

8 - Remove the NET340 from the blackbox then disconnect the card reader from the net340

9 - Power on the NET340 and test the VGMs

 

 

 

RAPTOR BOARD

 

Functionality :

The Sphinx Unlock procedure will update the Sphinx on EACH Raptor board that is connected on the network/LAN. If you don't want to update the Sphinx

on a specific machine, you have to power off or disconnect the machine from the network.

 

Procedure :

1 - Connect the card reader directly on the Raptor board (by using the network cable provided with the card reader) and Insert the card for the Sphinx Unlock

4 - On the VGM, make sure you got an IP address from the DHCP server

5 - On the VGM, go into the Diagnostic Menu, Sphinx menu and enter the project number in the Location number (ex : AGS009 = Location Number 009)

6 - Once the Location number is set, press on Collect button

7 - Wait until the Sphinx Checksum changes on each raptor machine

8 - Remove the card reader from the Raptor board

9 - Go back to the game without power cycling the VGM and test the VGM
