PAX Missing Cards / Card Recognition

Couple things to check. How clear is the image. If you see the dim picture on the left you need to clean the sensor bar as shown in the video below or replace the LED lighting C40-00175.

Pax shuffler count & Slow Shuffling - Teams post, Tech adjusted the brake roller as it was slowing the shuffler down as it pulled the cards into the camera area.
