PAX Shuttle Home Position #32 Sensor

An adjustment of the sensor will need to be made.

With both covers off boot-up the shuffler the display will say service mode press yellow button. Once the yellow button is pressed the button will light up green and will display ready to load cards. Check the “Shuttle Home Position Sensor” #32 sensor located on the right side of the shuffler towards the bottom. Reboot the shuffler and repeat steps min five times before checking the insert offset. If at any time the #32 sensor light does not light up loosen the 1.5mm screw and move the sensor up or down until the green light on the sensor is on. If the #32 sensor needs to be adjusted reboot the shuffler and repeat steps another five times to verify the shuttle is making the home position Senser. Once confirmed that the shuttle is making the #32 home sensor check the shuttle insert and eject offsets (See Service Manual). Adjust insert offset per tech bulletin.

Open
