Unable to Authorize a Jackpot

If the key pad shows up to authorize the jackpot but when you type in the pin number and hit OK it does nothing there is a chance the table is trying to pass on the dealer code of 111111.  Log out on the dealer terminal and log back in as 333333 and try to authorize the prize.  Make sure to pull logs and get engineering involved.  You may need to replace the AGS folder on the controller.
