Image only on one monitor at a time
Problem
The table image is only showing up on one monitor. You can force the image to either monitor by unplugging the display cable from the graphic card but can’t get the image to show up on both.
When right clicking on the desktop while signed in as Admin, go to display settings. If it only shows 1 monitor connected the graphics driver is likely corrupted.
Solution
Reload the driver.
Disable the write filter
right click on the start menu and open Power Shell (as Admin)
in the power shell window type uwfmgr filter disable and press enter. It should tell you it will disable the write filter on reboot or that it is already disabled and there is nothing to do.
uninstall the old driver
click on the start menu and search for programs and features
find the AMD software in the list, click it and select uninstall.
let the driver uninstall and reboot
After reboot go to
C:/driver or C:/Amd/driver
find the AMD driver file and run it.
Do a custom install and unselect the Audio box.
allow the driver to install.
Reboot make sure everything works.
Re enable Write filter
right click on the start menu and open Power Shell (as Admin)
in the power shell window type uwfmgr filter enable and press enter. It should tell you it will enable the write filter on reboot.
Reboot.
Contact Support to get the driver if it is not at C:/drivers or C:/amd/driver on the controller.
