No Image or Black Double Sided Monitor

Issue:

  • the double-sided monitor is black when the game has loaded.   You see the correct info on the Dealer Terminal and the double-sided monitor is just black.  

Resolution(s):

  • Copy the Unity folder (C\AGS\AGS.Tables.Stax/Unity) from a working table and replace the one on the bad table.

    • If a box like the one below pops up, check the box and skip.

    • Make sure to disable the Writefilter prior to copying the files to the controller.

    • right-click on the start menu and select PowerShell (admin).

    • Enter the command below and hit Enter, it should say the filter will be disabled on next reboot. Reboot the system and paste the file from the working table.

      uwfmgr filter disable
  • Reinstall the video card driver. It should be located at c/software

  • As a last resort: follow what was done in this video.
