Table Game Freezes

  1. If the controller has the same IP address as another controller it will lock the table up. 

  2. Make sure it’s actually freezing up and that it’s not the issue where the touch courser is showing up on the double sided monitor.  To do this, when the game is frozen, touch the dealer terminal and make circles on the screen while looking for courser movement on the double sided monitor.  Is this is the issue, move the USB on the controller to a different port, you can do this live and it doesn’t require a reboot.   

  3. It could be a bad sensor or hub this one is a little harder to figure out or explain. When we find a bad sensor or hub it’s usually discovered by moving to to a different table and having the issue follow it.
