Application Not In Sync with the Server

(no mac address on the screen)

This error occurs when the Bonus Spin or Stax application cannot communicate with the application server.  

Possible resolutions:

  • Check the time and time zone on the table controller matches the time on the server

  • Network issue - see if the table can ping the server or that the server is running

  • Firewall- make sure the firewall on the server is off.

  • Make sure the Stax or Bonus Spin Service on the server is running. 

  • If the site is running on a VM, maker sure the certificate has been installed and the endpoint has the correct server IP address.

  • Additionally if running over the casinos network you need to make sure they are not blocking port 8088.  You can verify this by going into the Ags.Tables.Stax.DealerTerminal.exe.config file and copying the full endpoint into a web address bar to see if it returns a valid web page. The file is located at: c:\AGS\AGS.Tables.Stax\​
