Games not in Progressive Manager
Below is the way we fixed this issue before Server version 21.1
If the tech install the game SSD and powered on with it connected to a controller that was not upgraded it will cause this issue. The game doesn’t have to be configured, just powered on and this issue will occur.
Games show up in quickconfig but do not show up in Progressive Manager
Open Package Manager.
Click on Retired LC
check the retire the LC box next to the LC number you have having issues with.
Reboot the game or reinstall the LCI kit.
Reboot the game and try auto config again.
