No Video from Controller
Problem
The controller is not working and the tech is unable to see anything on the controller either through RDP or when directly connecting a monitor.
Solution
When powering the controller on listen for it to beep. If the controller does not beep it will not boot the operating system or show any video. Open the controller and reseat the ram sticks. If that doesn’t work, order a new controller.
