1052 Unable to Config to Brick

 

The game is set to communicate with the progressive controller, but it isn't. Check the network make sure you can ping the server from the game's network cable.

  1. Check the LC of the game and make sure there is a LCI installed on the controller that matches.

  2. If the asset number of the game changed during an upgrade make sure you delete the old asset out of quickconfig and reboot the game. 

  3. If the issue is with only one game, you may need to:

    1. Remove the game from the progressive pools.

    2. Delete the asset from quickconfig.

    3. Reboot the game.

    4. Re-add the game to the progressive pools.

  4. If the issue is with all the games:

    1. Check the network and switch for power and connectivity

    2. Log into the controller and make sure services are still running. 

As a last resort: If the game doesn't show up in quickcofig while showing the 1052 error you may need to replace the SSD and System CF card.
