Progressive Controller Keeps Boot Looping

Connect a keyboard and monitor to the controller and hold the F8 function button. This will open a boot menu. Arrow down to “Last Known Good Configuration (advanced) and press Enter.

This has a good chance of allowing the controller to fully load.
