PAX Shuttle Acting Erratic

PAX Shuttle Acting Erratic - YouTube

The encoder on the back of the shuttle motor is responsible for keeping track of the movements of the shuttle during normal operation, if this encoder is damaged or loose it can cause the system to think the shuttle is in a location that is “unexpected” causing the shuffler to attempt to remedy the misplacement by moving the shuttle. If you notice that your shuttle is sporadically moving or not moving as smoothly as expected check the encoder for issues.

The below video shows the behavior of a loose/damaged encoder.
